For a few years I was using wella color from Sally beauty, but having a major issue with it not covering up grays. I decided to try something different this time, I absolutely would recommend this hair dye if you are having trouble covering gray! It came with a little bottle of stuff you rub into the ends of your hair before dying, it smelled good and felt like it was moisturizing my hair. The kit comes with everything you need, the developer is already measured out in the squeeze bottle, all you have to do is squeeze in the tube of dye. The color deposited so richly onto my hair!!! I I am impressed, no box dye that i have used has deposited so richly onto my hair, so I will be purchasing this again! It also comes with a tube of conditioner which was really nice.

I have problems with my gray holding color. When I go my gal who has done my hair for over 25 years, I know when I go home the color on my gray will not hold for long. I decided to try this product when I didn’t have time to go in for my normal appointment. I couldn’t figure out what color would be best and I saw Schwarzkopz had a customer service line and called. To my surprise their customer service representatives are all professional hair stylists. The gal was super friendly and helpful and asked questions before helping me find the right color. She even mailed me coupons towards a future purchase. When I did use the product it was super easy to use and to my surprise the color held! I had never colored my hair before and this was super easy to do.

Great product. I'm a guy with short hair and I've found this to be the best hair coloring. It does not wash out at all over time - much better than Just for Men. Also because there is a lot of the coloring fluid in each box it's easy to use it twice (use your own mixing/application container the first time). FYI - This one tends to give you more "red" at first but after 5-6 days of washing it becomes more brown.

My first time using this brand. The color accuracy is outstanding. The hue came out very nice—a true, rich medium brown without the terrible burgundy tone of most box dyes. It didn’t burn my scalp or make my hair feel like straw. The only drawback was that my roots were so long the virgin grays didn’t take the color fully. But coverage is adequate and a nice shade, so I’m happy. Will repurchase!

Excellent product, high pigment color works very well to cover gray. I use this every 4 weeks or so, because my hair grows so quickly. Just don't leave it on too long lol

My hair was soft and hydrated and looked very healthy after using this product. I mixed 3 different colors from this brand and applied.

I switched to this color and I’m loving it! I also love that included in this is a gel to put on the ends of your hair pre-coloring, in order to protect. Love that new inclusion

I really wanted to love this hair color product, and initially I did really like the color. But both times that I used it, within about a week, the color had faded significantly and was very drab. I followed the instructions to the letter but unfortunately the cost of this and the fact that the color fades so fast just isn't going to work for me. So I'm going back to my haircut brand.
