Easy to swallow carts. Slight garlic smell but that’s fine. Who doesn’t love garlic?! Used as intended. Can’t review any benefit as of yet as it’s only been a few weeks.

I haven't taken them yet so I can't speak to quality or efficacy, but they did include 200 pills exactly. No shorting. But one was empty. So I guess 199. Close enough.

Seems to be part of what my body was missing, since taking this i have felt more awake and not as groggy.

This was delivered with the seals opened. I can't return or replace it.UPDATE: I was offered a full refund so I will definitely reorder.

Couldnt tell adifference with product

Our liver requires methionine to produce sam-e, which is involved with neurotransmitters such as dopamine. Methionine can also convert into cysteine, which is one of three precursors required for glutathione synthesis with the others being glutamine and glycine.Great product due to the lack of fillers and great purity. Keep in mind low methionine is correlated with poor health as is high methionine, so there needs to be a balance. Methionine doesn't work in isolation, there are many moving parts.

We take it in the morning on an empty stomach without food after our coffee and it's very easy to sleep the whole night through that same night.

I have a very hard time falling asleep. I have since childhood. I’m an old guy now.Took one pill last night. Went to bed an hour later and my mind was NOT racing. And even when I started the usual racing thought patterns, I could choose to turn them off. It was amazing. I have never been able to “turn off” or have control over the racing thoughts.Thank you!
