These blades have lasted me for several house installs. You can actually sharpen them easily with a fine file.

Not good for long cuts, easier to use your multi or jig. The angled cuts come out good. But this thing excels in just snapping a board real quick so you can finish your line. Will take 1-2 hours off a floor. Definitely worth it

The blade that came with the device, I refer to as the guillotine, made nice crisp cuts to the flooring. I did my entire upstairs, around 1300 Sq ft with the first blade. I wanted a fresh blade for the first floor so I bought this. The blade does not come with instructions, and I did not have the instructions for the device handy. So, I took a guess at how the blade is installed but quickly realized that it was backwards, as it did not line up with the groove at the bottom of the device. After I flipped the blade over things lined up as they should and I started in on my new floor. However, it seemed to take more effort to cut through the flooring and I was getting a ragged edge on the boards. The lines are still nice and straight. I don't know if this is an issue with the installation or if this blade is not as sharp as the original. The crumbling that I am seeing is nothing that cannot be removed by rubbing your hand over it, but I don't recall getting this effect with the original blade, especially when it was new. Having this blade and the device is still a huge time saver over trying to get out a saw every time I need to shorten a board, but I don't feel like it is working as well as it did originally.

For some reason the company that makes my cutter doesn't sell replacement blades, so I ordered this one based on dimensions and looks and it works great. It sharper than the two mine came with.

This tool has been my best friend for a few weeks now. It cuts the flooring precisely and clean cuts. Will probably never have to use it again but it works great. Very easy to use and strong

SAFETY CONCERN! The blade was mailed in a cardboard tube that had flimsy plastic end caps. The weight of the blade was too much for the plastic end caps and the blade fell out and landed on my foot, cutting my foot and bruising the bone, trip to the hospital, tetanus shot, etc. When returning product, UPS store said I was responsible to buy extra tape to make sure it stays sealed (UGH!). Not happy! Blade is heavy & is the replacement blade for "cutter." This does not cut through the 12mm vinyl plank flooring, as stated.
