I have a global furnature alliance rise and recline chair and the control works perfect 👌

Engineer from the company which supplied mum's old chair said issue was hand controller but that they did not manufacture the handsets anymore and would therefore result in a new chair being needed. I checked the handset connector was the same audio type connector and took a punt on this generic replacement.Took about 25mins to fit after feeding through the wire where the old one went. Hey presto - it works fine and no new expensive chair needed.You just need to check the connector is the same and the number of buttons matches when ordering.Saved us several hundred pounds and can be attempted by someone strong enough to tip the chair over and replace the cabling which can be a bit fiddly but worth it in the end.

Great item. Good price. More importantly, fits a HSL riser recliner chair. I have a HSL Hampton chair and this remote works perfectly.

Bought to fit a Lazy Boy chair. These are sold as universal and the 5 pin plug is, however, this has an odd square lug on one side. To get it to fit required sanding off the lug which took about 10 minutes. Fitted and worked perfectly after.Compared to the manufacturer's part at £65 this was a bargain!

Probably the most basic remote control ever. It works but uts pretty lightweight abd the cable isn't very long.

The handset for my (inherited) recliner packed up after 10 years constant use. I was quoted a ridiculous repair cost so I thought I would try this. I am so happy to report that it works perfectly. Don't need to say more.
