Following abdominal surgery, my doc recommended a compression girdle. I've tried many approaches ranging from velcro wraps to fajas to girdles like this one from several brands. Of them, this is my favorite because it is the most comfortable to wear for extended periods without wanting to rage-strip, which still providing firm abdominal support/compression. It's not perfect, though. Like every other item of this nature, the top rolls down (though this less than most). It also has most of the compression at the mid-abdominal level (waist) whereas I need the support on my lower abdomen, so I have to shift it down a bit, which makes it sag in the crotch. Even so, this is the one I'd recommend post-Caesarean or tummy tuck or similar sugery.

Loving these, I have all colors, wearing every day. Keeping you smooth, and not binding. Do you have matching bras?

I bought these specifically to wear with leggings. I ordered a medium, even though according to their size chart I was a small. Glad I ordered up! Yes, these are shapewear but I don’t want to be squished to death. I have a long torso and they come up to my belly button. They come up quite high so you can’t wear them with low rise pants. They rolled down before I put my leggings on but have stayed put since. (UPDATE: After washing them according to the label, they are now rolling down. I am wearing them with the exact same leggings as I did before so I know its not that.) When I sit they do tend to make a muffin top so beware if you are going to wear a fitted top. There’s no muffin top when I stand. And there are no panty lines!! Overall, this was a great purchase and I’m looking forward to buying more. (UPDATE: If you plan on buying more than 2 pairs, buy from Spanx bc they have a buy-two-get-the-third-free deal.)

These feel so soft and provide just enough "shaping" but they have rolled down a couple of times. I sized up so I dont think its a size issue. If I went bigger they would be too big. My biggest issue is the size of the tag on the wasistband. It's unnecessarily large - 2" long - so I will be cutting that off. Otherwise, these are fine and I'll probably order another pair.

I have owned about 10 pairs of these spanx - they have always fit well and lasted for years. It is time to replace some, and i was excited to find these. The large fit perfectly as it always has, but after 5 minutes the waist started rolling down so I have returned them. They just dont work with this old body any more. I am giving them a 3 because my old ones have been wonderful and I assume these will work for someone....

I bought these mainly because of the "invisible" advertising. Nope, panty lines still visible. If that's important to you, don't bother.

By far the most comfortable shaping panties I've owned. It's durable and breathable. Fit is awesome No digging...and holds tummy perfectly. I need more...but price went up recently by $6.

Very comfortable with good support and no roll down, great fit that’s true to size. Expensive but worth it.
