Freestyle Shark Mini Leash Clear/Cyan Unisex Watch 10022929

My daughter was excited to get this watch as she’s an avid swimmer. It fit her small wrist perfect and it brought back memories of my first shark watch!Unfortunately, the awesomeness was short lived. The watch took on water on its first dip in the pool. Condensation could be observed on the inside of the glass shortly after swimming and the buttons stopped working.After a few days of sitting in the sun, the water evaporated and some of the functionality has returned. We’re not waiting for it to happen again. Returning it. I will update his review.

Original review:Bought this watch to wear at work because I needed something waterproof with only the important info showing on the face (seconds, time, day). When it arrived, I was surprised to see how small everything was; the band, the face, the numbers.... it’s not easy to glance quickly and see the seconds on the display which I have to do a lot for my job, this is only day 1 I’ve had it, will probably exchange for another watch with larger numbers.Updated Review:I kept this watch instead of returning it. Big mistake... do not buy this watch if you plan on wearing it 2+ times a week. I wore it to work and a few weeks in it started annoyingly beeping for no reason (as it I had pressed a button but I did not) during a procedure and there was no way to make it stop. I had to hide it in my bag so I couldn’t hear it anymore. The problem resolved on its own hours later. And repeated again.Then, when I was swimming yesterday, I guess water got in the screen and now it’s broken for good. NOT WATERPROOF?Also, the band is cheaply attached and can be easily removed but easily replaced too, that is if the small metal bar that attaches it doesn’t slip out never to be found again.... like what happened to me.

Colors are nice. It was ok. Definately on the small side. It was very cheap looking in every way. May be good for a $10 watch for a kid but in no way $55 or for an adult. I grew up wearing these watches and I was drastically disappointed in the poor quality compared how they use to be. I sent mine back, very disappointed.

This is the perfect watch to wear in the water! I was looking for a durable, waterproof watch to wear while kayaking and this watch is perfect! the only slight downside is that the yellow velcro part of the watch band has gotten a little dingy looking with time, but considering the fact that I wear it every day kayaking and in the pool, it has held up wonderfully!

Cute, a bit more petite than I envisioned. Aesthetically just as I hoped. Controls aren't intuitive but it's easy to find a manual online. The strap can get a little itchy and the velcro closure can take a little getting used to, but it's very convenient. I think it's a really fun piece and it's worked well for me so far.

Functionality is a bit clunky going between and using different modes. But that's pretty much every digital watch like this.The style is cool and is holding up well even with my job that can wear out watches quickly.I wouldnt say it's worth 55-60, maybe 30-40. But I liked the style so much and that's really what I feel I payed for.

I'm not very impressed with the shark mini watches. We purchased 2 watches. The pin on my son's watch popped out within hours of wearing it for the first time. It fell out again the next day and got lost. I'm returning his. I don't think the shark mini watches are worth the price. They feel cheaply made.

I have a few of these watches and adore them, I don't take them off ever and they last years
