No, I do not deny it. I’m a vanilla snob. I have different vanillas from different places that have specific uses. Mexican vanilla for flan. Junk extract for camping. But when I want pure intense vanilla flavor, this is IT!I adore Americas Test Kitchen and they did tests showing that the type of vanilla you use doesn’t really matter in the end but in this case, they are wrong! This stuff is pure Heaven in a bottle. If I’m going to take the time and care to make a decadent, elegant dessert, you can bet this is the vanilla I’ll be using. And on a Black Friday deal, the momentary price drop made this a steal! I hope they do deals like this again. This bottle cost less than half of what my last bottle cost. However, whatever the price and whatever your budget, this is worth the expense. Divine.

This stuff is AMAZING! I make a lot of homemade ice cream and this stuff is the bomb. It seems like a lot of money but it lasts a long time and is far superior to liquid vanilla extract in smell, flavor and intensity. You get the little black specks of real vanilla beans. So good!! Never going back to regular vanilla extract.

I have found my forever vanilla bean. It tastes & smells great. The consistency is very thick. I love that I can buy such a large bottle. It may seem rather expensive however the bottle goes a long way.

I have a bakery and in doing my due diligence for findng the very best ingredients I always, always turn to this vanilla paste. It seriously takes your baked goods from pretty good to “wow, these are great!” Yes, it’s expensive, but worth it!

I absolutely love this stuff. I use it in baking for a strong vanilla flavor and put it in matcha lattes and vanilla cappuccinos for a morning boost.
