The brown butter cookies are a family favourite! So quick and easy to make and they’re delicious. I’ve tried 5 other recipes so far (like the banana cream bars, ginger cookies and the lemon sugar cookies) all were a hit!If you enjoy simple and classic recipes that have minimal fuss and a great flavour profile then this is the book to get. This book holds a plethora of cookie recipes. I thought I knew a lot of cookie recipes but boy, was I wrong! When the book arrived I must have spent an hour pouring over the pages, using sticky notes to mark the pages and make a To Bake list. Not only should you have this in your kitchen, it would make a great gift for the baker in your life.

Bought this as a gift and considered keeping it. There were so many fun recipes and I loved that there were pictures for nearly every one. It’s always so helpful to see a picture of the finished product. The reason for the loss of one star has more to do with Amazon shipping and nothing to do with the actual book. It arrived a little dirty looking. It was a bummer because it was a gift.
