Just the book for a small boy. First rate.

interesting and quality book.the children are happy. They did the tasks with enthusiasm and I had some time for myself.

I found my boy had an amazing ability to see the solution to a maze and other similar puzzles...so I bought this to try him out with it. Most he got right first time seeing the solution before putting pencils to them... saying that some are a challenge and not to be underestimated. It wasn't a waste because you don't know a child's ability to learn unless you provide him with the means to explore and broaden his mind.Worth considering purchasing this.

A couple of activities are more for 3 to 5 than for 5 to 6 yr old children -like the tracing activities of various lines... and, oddly enough, the tracing of the first 5 letters of the alphabet though, odly enough, there was no other page for the other lettes of the alphabet. Mazes and puzzles are fine. On the whole, it did keep a 5 yr old busy.
