This item is very good, and helps keep me healthy. I have less colds and less feeling sick due to the common cold or the flu. I recommend it to everyone.

This is one of those things that you have to take on faith. Faith in the science. I don't really notice any difference, and that is perhaps because I don't take it everyday. But I do take it when I have a cold or anything, because the research I have read on at least me to believe that it does help when you have any kind of cold, and probably helps with cholesterol and other things. But I can't be 100% certain which is why I don't give it five stars.

The capsules are of "average" size and easy to swallow. They don't cause our skin to smell like garlic! The dose is 2 capsules twice a day with food. Since I follow this regimen, they don't cause stomach upset. I bought the 240-count bottle, which will last 60 days - good value.
