These work great to relieve the pain in my knees. I kept going up in dose until I felt better. So I ended up taking 6 pills a day for a couple of days until I felt better, and now I just take 2 every so often just for preventative maintenance 😆. I can’t swallow a pill, so I just take it apart and take the powder it taste fine. No complaints here.

This product seems to work very well for me and my father-in-law. I have purchased this item several times. Found out how much it helped after I stopped using them for a month. I like this brand as well and it is reasonably priced and arrived quickly.

The price and strength of these capsules makes me think I'll be using them a long time. I've already ordered a second bottle. Sure helps my gouty knee problem. Doesn't hurt my stomach either.
