Kernel Season's Popcorn Seasoning, White Cheddar, 2.85 Ounce (Pack of 6)

Good product

We love dill pickle potato chips so this seasoning sounded great! I could not find a single bottle anywhere so had to buy this 6 pack. The flavor is strong, a bit too strong for popcorn (for me) which is what I bought it for. The flavor is so good that I had to find some way that we could use all these containers of seasoning. So far I have used it as accent flavoring in a lot of different recipes from fish cakes to air fried vegetables to hamburgers to mashed potatoes. This seasoning is so very versatile I have even added a bit to the occasional Bloody Mary. So, while I didn't care for it for what I bought it for, it has actually become a favorite seasoning and gets used more now than it would have for just popcorn.

Love having different flavors for my popcorn and that I can put it on to my own liking rather than the amount some company decides is right.

Obsessed with this flavor, temporarily retiring the white cheddar, but occasionally combine caramel with the two and have a little popcorn party. Do it!

This is a hard to find product! The taste is great!

I bought this Kernal Seasons popcorn seasoning mini variety 8-pk as a present to add to my mom’s popcorn themed gift bag. Due to not being able to eat sugar, she’s been munching on popcorn a lot. She’s tiring of the same flavors so I thought she might like a small starter pack of new seasonings. I decided on this 8-pack of mini containers because I didn’t want to buy one each of the regular sized jars (2.6-3 oz each for $3-4 plus some are available in jumbo sized jars of 8-11 oz for $7-8). I doubt she’d be able to eat them all before they went bad and it seemed like a waste in the event that she didn’t like a few flavors. I usually don’t like paying more for less especially when you’re not sure the recipient will like it but since it really was a very low cost gift, I went ahead and bought it. Surprisingly, she loved it and although I knew there might be a few she didn’t care for, she was excited to try all of the flavors. The containers are mini and maybe 1/2 full (0.9 oz) but it’s still a very cute, inexpensive gift for a popcorn lover. Each plastic jar comes w a seal for freshness that must be removed prior to dispensing the seasoning through shaking. I also think they’re the perfect size to throw a couple in your purse or bag to use at the movie theater to make good popcorn even better. It comes in a cute box perfect for gifting or wrapping. Since it’s under $15, it also makes a great white elephant gift at Christmas. It’s also the right size for a gift basket. So far, she’s tried the cheesy jalapeño and loved it. She said it wasn’t hot (but she’s Mexican and what’s not hot to her is most definitely VERY to others so I don’t know what to think) but still had a little kick to it. Even w her sugar issue, the caramel corn flavored seasoning only has 1 gram of sugar so she can still enjoy it. She also said she was impressed w the cute box and liked that it allowed her try 8 flavors instead of being forced to buy them individually. So the recommendations from both the giver and recipient are the exact same: We both highly recommend the Kernal Seasons Mini 8-pack Popcorn Seasonings even though in total you do get way less than buying them individually. Sometimes we won’t buy things for ourselves because we can’t justify the $ or paying more and getting less so it’s nice when someone else does it for us! I’ll update if there are any changes in opinion.

I love this on my popcorn. I eat a lot of popcorn and enjoy all the different flavors of Kernals Season's. I also love this flavor on my mashed potatoes. Seriously, it's yummy. Just shake some in, mix it well, add some butter and you've got some really special tasting mashed potatoes. I bet it would be great on a baked potato as well. It's also good on macaroni, shake some on, add a little butter and you've got a great side dish.
