Will this fit a 2014 FJ Cruiser?

Not completely positive but the motor and other big changes were done after the 2007 models so you should be good. I put it on a 2010 TT and it was a perfect fit.

How hard is installation?

It was a lot easier then I thought. Did it myself in a little over a hour. A lot easier if you have someone assist as it is bulky and heavy for 1 person.

How different is this from the stock exhaust? is it noticeable to the most amateur of any vehicle?

I upgraded the headers, intake. So I noticed a difference.

Genuine TRD exhaust

No surprises here... well made TRD exhaust that was easy to install by myself. The most difficult part of the installation was removing the old exhaust from the hangars.
