The Best Easy Listening Songs Ever: E-Z Play Today Volume 204 (E-Z Play Today, 204)

I had purchased this book years ago...Volume 204...and since the book was starting to fall apart from use, I decided to replace it with a new copy. I realized that the book had some new songs added since its original printing back in the 1980s; however, when I received the book, I was very disappointed to see that there are only approximately six (6) songs that were in the original book...the majority of songs are different. I'll keep the book because there are many good songs but ... why identify this music book with the same ID number, 204? Since it's primarily different from the original edition, a new ID should have been used.

I purchased this book cause it was EZ Play and large print. I definitely was pleased with those two aspects. There are plenty of songs, but I personally was not thrilled with the selection. I do believe though that it is a good book for those of us at the beginning levels who just want to sit down and play a few songs. The one thing that really disappoints me on this book and many others is the Rhythm notation given. It usually doesn't seem to be in keeping with the song and therefore is most times not useful information. In other books I own that notation has been helpful for me to find a rhythm accompaniment to use when playing on a keyboard. That aside, the book is what it says it is and a good value for the price paid.

Old School!I have many cassettes of Foreigner's songs, and tunes. Just couldn't remember, the song..."I Want To Know What Love Is".This Keyboard play book, had this song, of which I wanted to play on my Digital Piano. I purchased this book, "just" for this song! But? I know, there are many more songs, I can play, with help.Good play-book, for beginners, and, even masters of the art!

Good book and I love the E-Z play the notes are big and I can see them well.

The book is a good bargain for thew number of songs it contains but It is heavy and won't stay on the stand on my keyboard

Getting back to playing piano after 50 years has been easier with this book. I have limited vision so found the large print very useful. Having the nite names in each note is also helpful in relearning to read music. The bass needs to be chorded in by the player. My grandchildren who are learning to play piano loved this book as well. It gave them instant success in playing a melody and kept them wanting to keep playing.
