2023-08-17 update: photos added after walls painted.Shorter wavelength UV delivers more energy and will cause fluorescent and phosphorescent paints to glow more brightly. These LEDs are 385 - 400 nM, compared to others that Only list 400 nM. They draw 12 watts per 20 feet, and come with a 24 watt power supply for a 40-foot strip (2 x 20-foot strips) with a power splitter cable. Yeah - I'm running 48 feet on one power supply (29 watts) - but all seems well.-The only detractor? The kit only includes 12 attachment clips for the entire 40 feet of LED strips. This is only one clip every 3.3 feet, not enough (and the sticky tape was NOT labled 3M). In my application, I needed a clip at both sides of the U-Turn, as well as the beginning and the end of the LED strip. Fortunately I had an accessory pack with extra clips - but this kit should have contained 20 clips._Not withstanding, still probably one of the best kits available. I used 2 of the 40-foot kits to run 6 x 12 foot lines (3 x 24 foot lines, 2 on one power supply, the third on the second). All lines are equally bright. Waiting for my artsy wife to add the UV flowers on the opposite wall. Will update when wall has been painted. Phosphorescent paints attached. I love the way they look installed. They are pretty bright and we wanted them because we live in the desert so we can easily see scorpions at night with the black lights, making it safe. They were pretty easy to work with, a little hard to bend around corners. They have stayed in place great. They have lasted a long while so far. The only downside is they cause the paint on the wall to peel away. When we remove these, we will need to repaint over where the sticky was, or maybe the whole wall.

We used these for our uranium cabinet and it really makes everything inside pop. Easy to install and work great

45yo, loved blacklights since I was a teenager.These are the JAM!The led’s are tightly spaced, and very bright. Backing is super sticky, but the strip is a bit stiff- don’t expect to make sharp curves.That being said, if you know how to solder you can cut this into short sections and do anything you want.

I've bought 2 of this product and the results are very different, the first set was very bright and everything was as described. The second pack however was very dim as shown in the pictures. I only bought the 2nd set because the first was so good, but with the lapse in quality control I can't fully recommend these lights. I also used doubled sided tape to hang them as the adhesive wasn't strong enough to hold them up alone for more than a few hours, and that's without any prep(so possibly user error). I tried multiple ways when testing brightness (with and without the wire connection shown and the new pack was always considerably more dim.
