Excellent machine as described same as images with two hinges.

It works great so far.

To start, it just plain doesn't come with the flow thru brush advertised in the pictures, but that will be the least of your worries.It arrived quickly and was actually not too badly handled looking from the outside. However, the manufacturer's packaging is so inadequate that almost every piece had some level of damage to it, ranging from chipped and scratched paint, to large dents. The parts for assembly are packed in the tub in such a poorly protected manner that they just end up breaking loose and slamming around inside during transit. Many items were only protected with sheets of paper, in a 106+ lbs package!On top of all this, it is even labeled as Heavy Duty, not Industrial Duty, as the construction is obviously quite cheap. I expected to maybe get a couple years of use out of this at best. Would not be surprised if it fails sooner.Side note, it only has a drain plug for over 22 gallons of cleaner. If you make the mistake of buying this, at least do yourself the favor of also buying a M14x1.5 drain valve, or a 22 gallon bucket that won't fit under it. Honestly, would make more sense not to have a drain plug at all over this silly design.Do yourself a favor and pick up one of the less expensive alternatives. Or also buy a set of hammers and dollies to take the dents out.

The unit is of pretty good quality. It will hold up good if you don't overload it weight wise. I wouldn't consider it of industrial quality though. The legs are kind of short, I welded plates on the bottom of the legs and put locking casters on it and the added height makes it easier on my back. Pumps good also. The tank has a drain plug on it, I will probably put a ball valve on with a hose to make it less messy to drain and clean when needed.

A listing of spare parts needed and where to buy them would be nice. This unit has a filter on it that should be replaced but no information on where to get one!

The hardware to assemble the unit was missing so it cannot be assembled.

It seems some buyers are not getting what is advertised. I submitted a question regarding the industrial rating and the 2 lid supports (one pic in ad shows 2 supports, another pic in the same ad shows 1), but never got a response.
