This is the first supplement that has affected my energy levels in the last few years, I already take multivitamins, however, I recently restarted going to the gym, and the aches and pains were wiping me out, especially in the mornings. Easy to swallow.

I bought these to help with symptoms of underactive thyroid, Narcolepsy and IBS.The capsules are big so alot of people may struggle to swallow but it's not a problem for me.I find malate alot easier on the stomach than other magnesium which have always caused nausea.A product I will continue to buy.

Great dies the job

Been taking these on a night for the past 6 months. They did seem to make me wake uo less frequently when I initially started taking them. Within weeks I saw improvement. However 6 months on and I'm back to the insomnia and waking up several times a night with broken sleep. Will still keep at it with the hope to see improvement again.

Brought for a 2nd time I seem to feel more energetic!
