I bought this toothbrush for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! I appreciate the long battery life, the toothbrush's ability, and quality. I got the product for a great price, and it is an excellent value for what I paid for it. Thank you for such a powerful yet gentle brushing experience.

Great tooth brush. Easy for kids to use and really cleans their teeth. Small enough to take when traveling and runs long in a battery charge.

What started as having just one of these in our household has turned into the whole family using these Sonicare toothbrushes. Having considered all the various models this particular one proved perfect for our use case. We have 5 of these in our household. We do have the white and black models and either are based on preference but over time I tend to think that even though the black (this model) might show residue easier that also makes it easier to see and clean and it's possible the white could discolor over time.The travel case is a nice feature to have. Have not traveled with it as of yet to see how functional and how much room it may consume if trying to travel light but it's there. The is not enough room to also store the charger in the case but will hold the handle and the brush (separated from the handle) in the included durable travel case. It does come with two additional brushes which is nice. The charging base is a standard two prong plug. Be cautious as some models seem to have a USB charging base that would require an additional purchase of a charger to charge in a standard outlet.This model has three settings with lighting for each. The bottom of the two buttons easily move through each setting with each press. There is a low battery indicator as well.Brushing with this is amazing. It's much more effective than a standard toothbrush or any standard electric toothbrush used over time. Even the kids notice how much cleaner their teeth seem after a use. Brushing harder is not good on teeth as any dentist has told me over time so this brush helps regulate how you brush. You don't have to brush with the Sonicare. The Sonicare does the brushing. You can simply slowly guide the brush over your teeth and let the Sonicare do its job. If the brush is pressed too hard against the teeth the Sonicare vibrations will halt as a sign you are trying to brush too hard.Overall this device is highly recommended and it's even better if you watch for a good deal that does or had occurred periodically.

i purchased several other more expensive than this one. THIS ONE IS THE VERY BEST!!! it is the most powerful, the most thorough cleaning and polishing of them all by far. no need to get the ones that have all the bells and whistles-NOT WORTH IT. i tried those and after a few months gave it away. learn from my mistake! the ONLY downside is the travel case was bit cheap and not as nice as others. but that is a minor downside.

I bought one of these in Sept 2022 to replace an older model I'd had for about 7 years. I have mild periodontal disease and my dentist said to use a toothbrush like this, no more manual brushing. it has done a good job. I don't use the whitener feature, but I do use the gum care setting. It works very well. Sonicare offers a variety of brush types depending on your needs. I use the G2 for gum care, but there are lots of options.I took one star off because it is July 2025 and yesterday it started malfunctioning. the bar that the toothbrush clicks into got loose and moves excessively, so when I brush now, I can still do it but it sounds like a freight train. Unfortunately, the warranty is only 2 years so I'm past that.I still bought another one though, because it does a good job. I looked at other models and brands but still liked this one best for my needs.TIP: the serial number will be stamped on the very bottom of the toothbrush, and it will FADE with use, making it hard to see. Take a photo as soon as you get it, in case you need warranty service later. I ran into that with the unit I had before this one.

THis is just what I wanted for my husband. His old one was a brand I could not find replacement heads for. It works as described. The battery life is over a month using twice a day. The heads hold up to his daily use, which if you saw his old ones you would know that is a big deal.Has multiple speeds for cleaning, whitening, etc. It is easy to choose which you want. It was on sale when I bought it making it a good value for the money, but what makes it most valuable to me is I can easily get replacement heads when needed.The Dental Hygenitist said his teeth are much easier to clean since using an electric toothbroush than it was before.

I bought this to use as a travel toothbrush and thought the price was great. I didn't read the specs carefully but overall, I think this is a good brush for the money. I have a much more expensive model (Diamond Clean HX9924/62) which has different features.This model has a 30 second timer so you can view your teeth in quadrants. The more expensive model has a 20 second timer so it divides your teeth into thirds which made sense to me.This model does not have blue tooth capabilities. I had gotten used to using the app when brushing and I was looking forward to the information from the app like when to start thinking about replacing the brush. This one has an icon on the front of the brush to let you know that it is time to replace.Battery life is good and it really does everything I need.This model has a great charging stand/cable. The more expensive one has a charging glass (?), that's right - you sit the toothbrush in the glass. How inconvenient for traveling!
