So far I have had this monitor since October, 2019 to replace an old Nutone intercom system that I had. I had a professional electrician install it. I have one camera and three monitors. I thought it was somewhat complicated even for the electrician and one must also be somewhat tech savvy to set the monitor display. Overall, I am happy with the device and its nice to see who is at the gate and to ring them in. It turned out to be a lot more reasonable ordering this and then having the electrician install it. I saved quite a bit of money.
