Waxed Amaryllis Bulb - Green - Easy Care, No Watering Needed - Beautiful Live Décor - Ships Next Business Day

I ordered these in December 2023 and again in early January 2024. Both bulbs were healthy and flowered well. I turn these a quarter turn each day to keep them standing tall. I am ordering these again in November, 2024 and will place an order every two weeks or so to have flowers in the house during the winter months.

The company made 3 attempts to provide a bulb that would bloom. We appreciate the effort, but the plants never bloomed. After the 3rd attempt, the company asked for us to contact Amazon for a refund and Amazon said they cannot provide due to the extended timeline since the original order. Disappointed in the product as well as Amazon.The company upon understanding Amazon would not credit, contacted us and advised they will make an additional attempt to provide a bulb that will bloom. This speaks well of the company.As an update, this company has very nice people and has gone above and beyond to make it right. Changed the Overall rating to 5 stars to reflect their Customer Service and kind care.

Healthy, happy, no water plant.Have bought one to two of these every year from the same company and never have been disappointed. They usually last 8-12 months before base gets a bit soft and blooms last a month or so with a second bloom often.The base on this years is sturdy with a metal stand included. Color is beautiful - almost teal.The green leaves are growing daily. Great purchaseUPDATE 8/11/2024:I have bought several of these from this company with wonderful results.This time, the bulb arrived completely dead and without proper packing. Amaryllis bulbs in wax do not die like that from shipping, It was obviously sent that way. I have kept them after they bloom for over a month as they still have green pugs.I tried to return or get a replacement, but Amazon does not allow for this to be returned or replaced and is absolutely no help. The company website has a form with a foreign language for send. The second you hit it your info disappears. There is no phone number.I have ordered these bulbs in wax colors of purple, pink and teal 12 months per year, so the season has nothing to do with this arriving completely brown with not a bit of green and with no pugs.So very upset at the loss of money and opening a box with a dead bulb a cracks in the wax.Buyer beware.

Every year I tell my husband “It’s not Christmas until the amaryllis blooms”. I get 3 new bulbs every year. After the holidays I plant them in outdoor pots and they do really well. This one is still in the house, bc it keeps blooming! It’s mid-March and the bulb is blooming again! Either I’m a really good plant mom or this is a high quality bulb. I’m Dutch heritage and even the bulbs I’ve purchased at the flower mart in Amsterdam have not done this well. I don’t know how it’s done, but you really don’t need to water this bulb or plant it in soil. It grows and blooms right from the bulb that sits on a metal ring on the bottom. It actually looks pretty cool and really minimalist and modern.

I bought the bulb on Dec.18, not expecting to see any growth by Christmas or even New Years. I was just curious to see what the bulb would do with no soil or water, as I've only had potted Amaryllis previously. After about 2 weeks, I could see a cluster of leaves starting to sprout, soon to be followed by the bud of a flower stalk. As of today, the first deep red flower is emerging, and a second flower stalk has started to grow. The leaves haven't grown a lot yet. Looks like the bulb is concentrating its energy on the flowers for now and the leaves will hit a growth spurt later.I'm impressed and very pleased with this bulb. For the size and price, it's outperforming an expensive potted arrangement I purchased a bit earlier from a major retailer. I recommend it for all Amaryllis lovers.If it's important to you that it bloom during the holidays, I suggest you buy it at least 4-5 weeks in advance.

These make great gifts. Don't forget to get a couple for yourself. They arrived with 3 stalks sprouting out of the bulb. Went from the box to the table. I like that it has it's own stand. No water needed. They are a bit expensive but worth it.

Perfect, I will buy more as Christmas presents.

I like the unique gift idea, and my friends loved them and theirs bloomed. However, I bought mine before Valentines Day, and it is now after Easter and it's still only an inch high. I will be lucky if it blooms by Mothers Day.
