I love the dispenser and the quality of the paper towels however it's hard for me to open. I have to get up on a chair and struggle with it to get it to open. It's made of plastic so I'm afraid of breaking it. Why not show a video of how to open it. This is my second purchase the first one was for tissue and I didn't realize it until I got it home. 🤦🏾‍♀️ HELP!!!!

Can’t say much. It dispenses multi fold towels. Not super robust, but still a value for its build quality. Holds a single stack snuggly. Should hold up fine in a well behaved environment. Mine is actually stuck to the side of a file cabinet with dollar tree suction cups. I keep it near my personal coffee maker in my office. For $12, it’s a bargain- especially if you have access to in-house multi fold towels.

This product was small, yet sturdy, easy to install and looks good.

Cheap quality. The key is jammed and we are trying to open. It simply cracked with a very little force.Don’t waste your money

Works as intended, Looks great and is a compact size. Easy to mount.

Does the trick, but extremely thin and fragile. The bottom part crack down the middle, where the paper towel comes out (the same place other reviewers mentioned). Hopefully it will still work

Perfect size for a small bathroom.
