We eat a lot of rice in my house. So much so that I’m tired of it. This is definitely going to make eating rice a little more enjoyable for me. Made a cup as soon as it arrived to try it out and I’ll be ordering some more soon.

Very good seasoning

The product states the powdered soy sauce does not have wheat in it & claims to be “Gluten Free”, but I have Celiac and had a clear reaction with a rash after eating it without any other possible sources of contamination cooking at home. For those with Celiac, it does not seem to be without gluten contamination.

I read a review that said this made rice taste like fried rice and I have no idea what kind of fried rice they've had because it definitely doesn't make it taste like Chinese fried rice. However, it is so good! I don't even know how to describe the seasoning blend but it is delicious. I used it on chicken fried cauliflower rice and it masks the cauliflower flavor. Don't get me wrong, I like cauliflower, but I find it pretty bland and kind of meh as a replacement for rice. This spice is good enough for me to use it in replacement of soy sauce, though it in no way tastes like soy sauce. I would use this blend in other foods for sure.
