Decent for replacement
This was the exact replacement I needed for two different doors. That part was great, but the product itself is a very basic product. It is a lightweight design, but that it what it is advertised as. It was fairly easy to install, but I was glad I had two doors to look at as I did it. Very good price.

Does NOT open a full 90 degrees for a 36" entryway door
works great, but I can't open my front screen door all the way to get large items in unless I disconnect the closer. I ordered another brand that specfically lists "90 degree" in the item description. the mounting brackets are a match, so I all had to do was pop the pins and swap the tube.

Good replacement value
This fixed our broken storm door quickly and was super easy to install. All the parts were included plus a few extra left over, a real value that beats a new door. It's sturdy, and locks solidly and quietly, without slamming so fast you catch your heel (we've all done that one!). You might need to drill new holes, but that's not a big deal.

It rusts as it isn’t all aluminum
It states it is aluminum, but the rod is steel. And inferior steel- it rusted in less than 6 months. My other doors mechanism at 10 years old shoes no signs of rust
