Are these 100% cotton? I doon't like the stretchy cotton very light briefs

Yes these are 100 percent cotton. They are not stretchy. They are not particularly "light weight". ... just medium cotton material. They are my favourites as they wash up nice and they continue to be very comfortable.

Is it tagless or does it have a label indicating the size? The paint on tagless eventually cracks and is uncomfortable. I have gotten both types.

Tagless. The size is printed inside. This is my absolute favorite panty which I've worn for years, and I've never had any sort of problem with them..

Can these (100% cotton) be chlorine bleached?

Though Jockey makes other styles & different materials, Yes 100% cotton. Cotton can be bleached, but weakens the material. And would bleach any color out.
