Grounding Sheet King

I use this grounding sheet on top of my fitted sheet and sleep on top of it. I have restless leg syndrome and two knee replacements also I have problems staying a sleep. I sleep better with it and it helps my RLS. It has so many good benefits. It helps with depression also. It took me almost two weeks to see a difference. I highly recommend it. I wash it in cool water on gentle cycle and I DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER. Please read the care instructions to get the most out of it. Enjoy your sleep. Tip: It is summer go outside with bear feet walk around or stand for 20 minutes in the grass and GROUND your body with thank you.

The flat sheet is definitely not as soft as my regular sheets. They did work well, woke up without any of my regular aches and pains. But in just this short period of time, THEY DONT WORK ANYMORE!!! And they're NOT cheap. Very disappointed.

Picked this one because of the price, but I kept it and use it daily for over a year because of the quality. I like that I can use it in different places/rooms because it's not a fitted sheet. 5/5!

I will say that I am mainly giving 1 star because of the size. I bought a King size for my KING bed. Well, I expected a lot of hanging (as with any sheets you buy for a bed). Well! Even when I first put it on my bed ( without washing) it barely covered the topside of the bed. I damn near have to pull 1/3 of it to my side in order to have enough hang, other wise it ends up all bunched at the foot of my bed because I’m a restless sleeper. As if that wasn’t bad enough, once I washed it, it shrunk even more. It’s more appropriate for a full size bed (not even a queen). And then when my boyfriend spends the night it always ends up on his side because it BARELY fits the bed. So at this point I can’t tell if it works because I am unable to keep it on my body. My thing is if they are going to charge me for KING size than it should be KING size!

These earthing sheets really work. They help give a good, strong, solid night's sleep. They are comfortable, pretty and very easy to hook up. You just spread it on the bed and plug it in. Bought one for me one one for my baby so we will both rest well.

I have experienced a lessening of pain in my back and legs. My sleep hasn’t been the greatest though. I’m not sure if it’s actually working or not. I have it plugged into the ground port of the socket.

Been using it for 20 days, 6-7 hours a night and I don’t feel anything different, not even the adjustment period where you should only use it for 30 minutes in the beginning. Yes, I did some tests with a multi-meter and everything works. In the 50s and 60s they have a bunch of machines you can buy to benefit your health, I guess this is one of the modern day versions.

Love it! Started out with a mat made me feel so much better, bought the sheet, wake up feeling refreshed, no aches or pain, I even let my cat sleep on it, she acts like a kitten now.
