These were recommended to me for pain and swelling. Now do know, it will not be same day results but you will start to notice a diffence maybe within a week. There is no "afterburp" taste (if you don;t like tumeric tea) These are natural veggie capsules, easy to swallow, and if you are tired of constantly reaching for NSAIDS this is a worthy try if you stay with it.

Not for everyone.
I really like this but unfortunately, it gives me diarrhea. I took it for 4 mths. Always had diarrhea. Dr. said some vitamins do that.
