This does the job. It takes the brassy/yellow tones from my hair. We have well water .

Not sure if it works
I have been using this product for a while now, but I really can’t tell if it actually works. The smell is okay and the purple doesn’t stain if you rinse it off in a timely manner. I won’t be purchasing again though.

It helps with grey toning.
Shampoo has a rich lather and I definitely saw a nice silver tone to my hair when dry. It has a mild scent and did not weigh down or dry out my hair.
