Makes so much sense. Helpful advice

This book was very helpful and informative. The best part was the assignments at the end of each chapter. This book really helps you to put the information to immediate use. The only downside was that it ended. I’d love to have more of this same kind of help. I definitely recommend it.

I really had no true experience with DID. I love this guy and the books he has written. He is simple, smart, professional, realistic. Love him. Love the down to earth simplicity.

Very accurate depiction and I would urge anyone coming out of trauma to consider this read, not only DID.

Outstanding book. Very helpful. The thing I like most about Dr. Colin Ross and his books is that he comes across as very accepting. To write a book like this about DID and how to work with selves and have them work with you is just what I needed to know.

This has a lot of information, I have learned a lot from this book. Very compassionate. Talks about integrating all parts of your self.
