Q: How do you figure out size you need

How do I determine sizing? Measure the circumference of your thigh, approximately 5" above the center of your knee. You may need to adjust the sleeve a few inches up or down to get the desired compression and comfort. M: 15.5" - 16.5" L: 17" - 19" XL: 19.5" - 21" XXL: 21.5" - 23"

Q: Does this sleeve help with arthritis inflammation?

I would not say that it helps with decreasing inflammation...it will only help relieve the pain associated from use and stress.

Q: Is this item for running also or just for workout ?

I did not try using it for running just working out. While working out I did not like the way it fit and it would not stay in place and most importantly I did not feel any support for the knee or any lessor pain.

Q: By measurement for the knee brace i am a large. but i am not a large person! worried the sizing is off?

The large brace was too tight for me when all of the other knee braces I have worn were large
