Without delay...out of the box and on the stove! Pan performed well, exceeding expectations in all regards, on day one, and day two, and now day three. Well worth the investment. Personalized post-purchase follow-up, from this English family owned business, was genuinely appreciated.

I liked the way it looked before use. However, I used it one under the broiler on some pork chops and it was all rusted and I was unable to clean it. I would not recommend this pan at all!
