Q: How to make it stay longer also how long does it stay on?

Our temporary tattoos typically last anywhere from 3 days to 1-2 weeks; depending on the location of tattoo placement and if tattoos are rubbing on clothing, etc. Some tips to help it to last longer: Preparing your skin: -Make sure to clean (wash off or remove lotions, oils, makeup, natural oils of your skin) and dry skin completely before applying the tattoo. Making the tattoo last longer, post-application: -Wash the area around the tattoos, and not the tattoo itself. You can swim and shower with our temp tattoos, but try not to allow the tattoo to come in contact with soap, body wash, oils, etc, as rubbing your skin with these can cause the friction to remove the tattoo from your skin.

Q: Can you remove them easily if you soak in water? We only want to have them last for a day.

Water will not remove it easily. Use baby oil

Q: Will they work over body paint?

You have to hold a wet towel or napkin on the tattoo to get it to transfer onto your body. So this may interfere with your body paint. This also wipes off easily.

Q: Can i wear these over makeup?

They last for several days. I did notice that lotion/ sunscreen makes them sticky. Not sure about makeup.
