KohlerK83664 Flush Valve Kit

Part was exactly as ordered, arrived as promised. Perfectly fit my Kohler Rosario toilet. Installing the part was difficult because the replacement gasket is very thick and needs to be compressed to half its size to properly install. I resorted to what I found on the internet; soak with water, put a small board on each side of it, clamp it down with 2 clamps so it is half the size; freeze it for four hours; take clamps off and it will install easily with it being compressed from the freezing. Half an hour later it thaws out and seals perfectly.

I called Kohler directly to find the correct part for my over 25 yr old toilet. This fit perfectly. I only needed a new rubber seal and a flapper but since they aren't available seperately i had to purchase the entire kit. This was the first time I fixed a toilet and it was an easy task. Finding out which part I needed was the most difficult task but I could have just called Kohler first and saved myself a lot of time and effort. Kohler had great customer service. I has happy to find this part on Amazon.
