Actual size needs to be accurate.
HiI need to return this item size dose not match description. On line it says it is 44.1 x 37.6 x 5.7Actual size is 41 x 35.5 x5.5 so is too small the actual size of our seat is 44.5 x 36.5 x 5.5.

Good price for genuine replacement
The soft close broke on the original seat this was the best price we found for a genuine replacement, cost a bit more than generic replacement. Overall we are very happy with this product.
