This is a great tool to use in Girls Groups! I love all the journaling prompts. It also sparks discussions among the girls and helps them get to know each other in a way they may not have. I use it with my older elementary kids. They have all really enjoyed using it. They purchase their own and then at then end of group they have something they can take home and help them remember the things we talked about.

Super cute journal/work book for little girls! I have it to My 9 year old for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. It encourages self reflection and confidence and positivity! Highly recommend!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for an 8 year old girl. After looking through the product images and reviews, it felt like it taught a lot of kindness and confidence building lessons in a creative, artistic, and fun book that would be appropriate for this age. I did notice prior to wrapping that there was at least a handful of blank pages at the end of the book. Not totally sure what that was about. I even checked to see if there was any instructions to use those pages for, but didn’t see any. Overall, happy with my purchase. Did feel a bit high priced for what it is though.

The Kathryn Rudder Foundation includes this book in our monthly hospital outreach at the local children’s hospital. It’s a great way to help kids process their feelings if they aren’t feeling up to talking. It’s our favorite journal for big kids!

Such a cute book, my daughter loved it and I would get it again

I have several other journals that I don't use because they have the same boring, triggering, question everyday. It got to the point I wasn't journaling because it triggered my anxiety and was just such a downer. My other journals ask about negative things and this one is totally happy and joyful. I LOVE using this journal everyday because it is so uplifting, full of lovely drawings to color and awesome empowering statements. I love to color the unicorns, tropical birds, and fairies! It always puts a smile on my face and I look forward to journaling now. It brings me joy and I appreciate the author sharing it with everyone because it's a great journal for ANY age. I suppose it touches the little girl inside me.
