It's a semi-organic, bio-molecular, non-invasive, thermally reactive goo, or in simpler terms, wonder-gel, it would never choose to burst over you willingly, I'm sure it was just having a bad day.

Can you put them in the freezer

Yes you can put them in the freezer. In fact I’m so pleased I kept mine (was going to bin them) but they have helped to keep cool in this hot weather and have also acted as an ‘ice pack’ for a broken limb!!!

How long until it cools again

What I have found is this.. put it under your pillow. That way it’s stays cool. Then you just keep turning the pillow over to the cool side. Works great this way
