I've always found the "pop-up" rings ugly and completely not functional if you're putting in/taking out your phone from your pocket a lot.The band is a very smooth, soft material and can be adjusted by velcro straps that lay flat along the inside of the case. I assume that, over time, the band may stretch out at least a little, so this is great for the sake of longevity since it could be re-tensioned.I use the case for running and have loved it so far. In term of drop protection, this isn't the same level of something like an Otterbox, but it seems like outside of the phone smacking concrete face down, this case would probably do just fine. Also, ideally you won't drop it since that's the whole reason you bought the case!I expect some may be hesitant because of the price tag, but I was not disappointed; it's not one of those thousands of cheap, identical, but slightly differently branded items. Like another user, I received a lovely handwritten note (seriously, indents from the pen and all) from the company.Overall, very happy with my purchase.

I've purchased several of these for several different iPhones for my family and friends. I love how rugged the case is and how durable the band is. My only tiny suggestion for improvement is to make it magnetic so I can mount it in my car.Each time I've had the slightest question or concern, the Switchbands team has been amiable and accommodating. I look forward to upgrading my phone next year and, of course, getting a new Switchbands case!

I love the case. It’s sturdy and protective, but the bands themselves are what sets it apart. It easy to hold, but still thin enough to slide in a pocket and use the wireless charger. They have lots of cute bands-I went directly to their website and ordered an American flag band for less than $7 with free shipping. Not only did they send me a handwritten thank you note, but two additional bands just for fun! Excellent customer service!!

This makes it SOOOOOO much easier to hold the phone, very comfortable, nothing about it feels cheap. I rely on my wireless charging and this works great through the band. YAY!My only gripe is coming from the Apple brand leather case which has buttons which press so easily, you’ve gotta put some work i to push in the side buttons.Great product, could be better but the band feature is worth any shortcomings.

I bought this case for my iPhone SE 2020 in May 2020 and loved it. I wanted to replace it because it has a small crack in it (not related to the quality of the case itself, I'm just rough on my phone). I purchased the same listing here again in late 2021 and was very disappointed when it arrived.The material of the case itself seems to be sturdier and is matte (vs. the 2020 design which shows fingerprints a bit), but that was the only design improvement. The other changes seem to be the placement of the openings on the side and bottom that should align with the mute switch and speaker, repsectively. You'll notice similar comments in other 2021 reviews. You can see the difference in the photos (also included the weight in grams - very slight change, ostensibly due to the change in material).Bottom line, these openings are no longer a good fit - this has to be a fabrication error, and I hope they correct it because I love the flat strap. I returned the new case and am going to stick with my original case because that model is great.

The case itself is very nice. But using the buttons on the side is nearly impossible (on/off, volume buttons) you really have to use all your strength to use them. I think a better design is to leave the buttons out/uncovered. I had to put my old case back on cause this one was too hard to use. Very disappointed.

The elastic band is sturdy and adjustable. When I looked at the picture, I did not consider the position that my hand would be in for an extended period, and I would prefer that the band is positioned diagonally. Its best use is securing it to my wrist when I am walking my dog to the woods. I like to take pictures of small plants, so, with the band, I can keep my phone out of my pocket as I walk. It works well on those little jaunts if I am using speaker phone. I must mention that I have a walking cane in one hand, and a dog leash in the other. A good invention, overall.

This case was exactly what I was looking for! The price was great, too. I wanted a case with some sort of loop that was slim enough to slide into my back pocket. This is slimmer than a pop socket. This is an ambidextrous fit unlike the other loop brand. Honestly, I’m amazed that this phone case design isn’t more widely known already! I love it. Please make more case color options and maybe add a silicone style case, as well!

La couleur est magnifique, j’ai pris bleu et c’est un beau bleu franc. De plus une deuxième bande souple est incluse dans le paquet.Cette bande permet d’insérer un doigt pour mieux tenir le cellulaire. J’adore!
