Good printer. Remember it’s 110V.
The printer was pretty good. I recommend this. Only thing was I had to use a step down transformer since I use 230V power supply. Also there was a slight damage to the product which I believe happened during delivery. Apart from that, I love this printer.

Best printer for your buck! Ethernet card for an IP address!! Refill like crazy, and PRINT like crazy!!
Fantastic! Operating systems printing on this printer: 2 Chromebook Laptops, 1 Kindle Fire, 2 Android Phones, and 1 Windows 7 computer. No issues. Fastest install ever. The 2 Chromebooks need an extension call HP Print to Chrome and after that fast addition with the printers IP address, we were in business. Wow. WOW!! You will find something useful in this printer guaranteed. I have struggled with print issues for years and have always wanted a laser printer with and ethernet card that provides a simple IP address to direct my printing traffic similar to printers at work but the past few years most printers were very expensive that included an ethernet card. I even tried a printer with wireless wifi connections and google print, BIG MISTAKE. Try this very affordable laser printer, jack in the ethernet connection to your router/switch, and watch you print worries go away. The damn printer even decided to print on its own at one point to remind me that it (the printer) had a specific email address I could email it to with any print stuff. Wouldn't you know it? IT PRINTS when you EMAIL IT as well!! I would be surprised if you could not find a method to simply get your print on with this thing. Well worth the money. HP nailed it with this one. Regarding pricing on print cartridges: GET THE REFILL BOTTLE AND LEARN HOW TO REFILL THE TONER from youtube and you will save $$$. Example, for $8 you could get a bottle of toner on amazon and learn how to empty the used ink/toner cartridge and refill (twice with one bottle) with some fresh toner. OR you could spend $100 and get a new one. YOU DO THE MATH. Print, print some more, PRINT LIKE CRAZY. Get some baby.

Working great with my Chromebook via an Ethernet connection
Working great with my Chromebook via an Ethernet connection. Hardware was easy to setup but instructions on how to get the equipment operating via Ethernet was fairly useless so I thought I'd outline what I did here to get it working:1) Place the toner into the machine, power up the machine, connect to home network via Ethernet cable. IP address will display on screen when ready.2) On your Chromebook, go to Google Cloud Print and register the device by going to chrome://devices in a new browser tab and adding the new printer (it will show up on the screen as an option already)3) After adding the printer, it will send a confirmation to the printer**. Go back to the printer and hit "OK" to confirm making the new connection4) You're done. When printing your first document, make sure you change the print default to the new printer. Otherwise it will probably default to Save as PDF.** If the confirmation is never received by the printer, someone may have fiddled with the printer settings. Scroll through the menu options on the printer and reset all settings on the printer to the factory settings. Go back to Step 2 and try again. Because I purchased my equipment through Amazon Warehouse, a previous owner had fiddled with the network settings and I was not receiving Google Cloud Print's confirmation message. But once I reset to factory settings, the confirmation came through.Hope this helps other Chromebook owners!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
If I could leave negative stars I would. Fresh out the box, I tested the printer and the printer was making loud noises and printing very slow. I called HP to get assistance. After giving the HP (Mario) rep the serial number, he informed me that the printer was over 400 days pass its warranty. After hearing the noise over the phone, he (HP rep) instructed me to return the printer ASAP. I returned it the next day.The seller gave me a partial refund and charged me a "restocking fee" of $126.00. I contacted the seller explaining that the item was defective and explained the details given to me by HP. The seller claimed it wasn't defective and that the printer was brand new from HP and asked for the HP rep's name. I gave him the rep's name and rep's extension number. No reply. The additional $126.00 was not refunded .I contacted Amazon multiple times about the issue and all they did was contact the seller and told them what I already told the seller.Lesson learned I will NEVER buy an electronic item from Amazon again. Unless, I am willing to lose out on money. I'd rather go to a Best Buy where they will honor my return if there's an issue.I actually went to Best Buy and purchased the same printer and it is working great! I wish I would've went there first.Maybe for you $126.00 isn't much, but As an entrepreneur who's just getting started, that $126.00 makes a difference.I normally don't write reviews. I'm a very busy person, but reviews helped me in the past. I felt it was my responsibility to possibly help someone else.
