My daughter and I have been consuming chia seeds for a few years now. We love them, so much so that we can snack on them the way most people snack on popcorn. I hope we're not the only ones...hmmm. I love these in my oatmeal, my sweet breakfast grits, smoothies and, yes, raw. I also have started using them in recipes as a substitute for eggs. Chia seeds are one of the top superfoods so the have so many more health benefits. They are a powerhouse of nutrients including: protein, fiber, copper, zinc, potassium, omegas 3 & 6, phosphorus, calcium and a number of fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.I had been purchasing a more well known named chia seed, getting fewer seeds for the same or more money. When I saw this brand and size and then saw that it was pesticide and chemical free, I had to try them. We haven't been disappointed. I purchased these to put in my morning smoothies. The price seems very reasonable for the amount of seeds you get. Most others I've seen have been very high for less than what this is for. These will last me for quite some time. I've followed directions I've found online for using them in my smoothie. 2 tbs of seeds soaked for about 5+ minutes in 6 tbs of water. It forms a slight jelly like consistency but blends right up. It leaves a very soft hint of a nutty taste in my smoothies.

I love these chia seeds they are so versatile. I can add them to my waters, oatmeal, to my shakes and smoothies. I love that this particular brand is chemical free and comes in a lb bag!! I even add some to my dogs organic yogurt. It is so easy and convenient to add a table spoon to my smoothies I make every day. I personally love the texture they make my mouth happy.

The best and biggest bag of Chia seeds you can honestly find for the price. The packaging wasn't very good (mine arrived with a hole and some of the seed spilled) but, all things considered I still ended up with a ton of Chia seeds for a really cheap price.

I love this chia, it mix perfectly with almost anything. It comes in a great package very easy to use and you can always close it to preserve it more and keep it fresh. Definitely I will be buying it again. 100% recommended.

Big bag. Seeds taste fine. I am not a chia connoisseur, and have only had them a few times, but they seem fine to me. Take a little longer than ones I've had before like Navitas to absorb liquid.
