The media could not be loaded. Excellent piece, I've been using it for a few months now. Displays tea nicely, keeps it hot, and is nearly impossible to burn yourself with. The shipping takes a while but it's worth it.

Minor bubble in the glass - but over all very good product.

I recently upgraded my espresso machine and was looking to upgrade some of the tools to go along with it. I purchased a few different tea services pitchers, and this is the one I settled on fully.The cup is easy to hold and wash, and the double-wall means I'm not burning my hand when I pour my espresso. The pour spout is well done, there's no leaks or drips. The cup is easy to wash with a sponge.Overall, I highly recommend this product.

It's difficult to find something like this -- a double-walled glass pitcher with a spout -- so if you want something like this you won't have many options. And this Tea Pitcher is well made and elegant. The problem is that the inner cup part comes in too far so the volume is greatly reduced. If the inside part was closer to the outer part it would still give an air-gap to insulate from heat without reducing the inner volume so much. I ended up returning for this reason.

It’s wider than most cups so if you have smaller hands like me it can be a bit of a struggle to get your fingers around. However I love that the double glass keeps it warmer for longer. I’d recommend it for a tea set up that has more space. Cleans very easily (hand washed). Overall highly recommend if you like the double glass feature.

DO NOT BUY. Within the first day of use this cup literally blew up. This product is very unsafe and could cause life long damage if it exploded in someone’s face

I really like this! It keeps the tea warm and pours flawlessly. Just the right size for use with a gaiwan.

Impossible to pour tea out without a significant amount of liquid dripping down the side causing a mess and wasted tea.
