Good Fit and value, but unusable mounting hardware
Mirror looks good and works as expected for a non-OEM part. Only complaint is that the mounting hardware didn't work on my 2005 Ram 2500. The factory mirror AND a prior replacement had integrated 1" studs for mounting. This mirror came with screw-in studs that were too long. Even with studs fully inserted, mirror couldn't be mounted due to non-threaded center portion of stud. Couldn't use the hardware from the OEM mirror as it was an integrated stud. Not a big deal for me as I had some metric bolts that worked fine.

WRONG MOUNTING HARDWARE INCLUDED
WTH is going on with the funky hardware, I have no clue! Mirror seems to be a good copy of original, hardware is INCORRECT! Make sure you go purchase the appropriate thread size and length bolts so you can install this mirror. The three pieces of headless thread stock which has threads on (almost) 1” on both ends of the 3” length and NO THREADS in the middle are senseless! It would be fine if the distributor provided this hardware with full threads so it could be cut to the appropriate length, then again... WHY NOT make it the EXACT LENGTH NEEDED???????It’s a good thing I have an industrial vise and a high speed professional end cutter, above average tools, and skill, or this mirror would be useless, unless I were to pre-purchase the appropriate hardware. NEEDED: 1-1/2” to 2” pan head bolts with a head of at least 3/4” and threads to match this import mirror body will be needed prior to installation! You can use the included (joke) hardware to match threads when you go buy hardware, prior to installation, unless you have the tools and capability to modify the wannabe hardware that is provided, of course. Take note, regardless of which end of the strange threaded stock provided you try and use, You will have very little to no thread remaining after you bottom out the threads in this OEM copy mirror body. I suggest using pre purchased pan head bolts as mentioned. What should have taken 15 minutes ended up taking over an hour given setting up tools and machinery, since I live in SE Alaska and can’t run to the hardware store at 730pm at night. Absolute BS sending people this hardware with this mirror... really ridiculous.2 stars for HUGE failure on hardware.

Works well, good value for the money.
Works really well, the heated mirror works quick, only issues is the studs on the mirrors were to long, and the power up on the mirror doesn't go very high compared to factory mirror. Other than that works great.

Provided Hardware does not work and my particular mirror did not adjust with the inside control
When I first received the package I was actually impressed how well it was sealed it was in case in vacuum form styrofoam as it should be it's an expensive delicate piece of equipment although after removing the stock mirror I noticed that it had three threaded studs as to where you would put the nuts on the back side inside the door jamb after looking through the box that the new mayor came in I did succeed in finding three studs now they were not threaded the whole way there was about a 1 inch Gap in the middle otherwise I could have used them in cut the excess off with a grinder unfortunately that would not work so I had to go to my local hardware store purchase a six pack of M6 metric stainless steel fine thread bolts remove one of the old studs from the old mirror as the other two were completely seized get a measurement and cut my own mounting studs after everything was all said and done I got in my truck left right up down worked fine except unfortunately when I tried to bring the mirror up to where I usually have it it would just stop I was afraid to force it in case it broke then I would be at a complete loss so I ordered a different mirror same kind from another manufacturer hoping that this one works

paying for 1 mirror.
did not realize that I was paying that much for ONE mirror, just wow. now I have to order the right side and wait another two weeks for the right side mirror. seriously thought I had paid for both, but I guess that's what I get from ordering from here.
