At $5 a "glass", these are reasonably pricey plasticware. While they look great from a distance, the clarity of the plastic does not match that of glass closer up.I bought these to use for the hot tub and they will certainly be fit for purpose, but I was expecting them to be a bit nicer considering all of the rave reviews.They a most definitely durable, but then, what plastic cup isn't?If you want something that looks good and needs to be shatter proof and the price doesn't bother you, they are definitely worth a buy. I think you should temper your expectations though, since the 5-star rave reviews seemed a little over the top to me.

Received these stemless 'glasses' this week. As other reviewers stated, they are very light weight, almost like holding nothing. Love the feel of them in my hand, easy to drink from. Love them so far. Says dishwasher safe if you don't use heater to dry so I will probably just hand wash.They are out of Tritan plastic so should be unbreakable.I'll have to see how they hold up to using and washing, hopefully they will stay clear and not scratch. Look forward to using these in place of regular long-stemmed wine glasses as they are unbreakable.

Update... After using the glasses I have to say they are very nice. I don't think I will put them in the dishwasher but that's ok. I did receive a very nice email from the company explaining why they decided to make them thinner than other glasses and that they were sorry I was not 100% happy. I thought that was a very nice on their part, something you don't get from most manufactures. So I have to say kudos to them and yes I would recommend these glasses...thank you! Original review to follow......Serviceable. Was not happy with the weight of the glass. Feels very flimsy. Almost returned but it is such a hassle I just kept them. Thinking for THAT price there has to be something better but that's what happens when you order on the internet..... They will have to do until I find something in a local store.

LOVE LOVE LOVEI have owned the real glass version of these for years and I loved them, but they break so easy, and I ended up with 1 glass.When I saw these online, they are the exact replica of the glass versions I had, only lighter and non breakable! Ive only had them for a week, and I've used everyday with my guests and family, and they are so impressed! We live on Maui, and we like dining outside on out lanai. Being in South Kihei, it gets really windy and easy to knock things over. These were perfect! So light and the rim feels comfortable.

Very pleased with these glasses so far. As others have mentioned, these are plastic wine glasses. From a short distance, however, you'd be hard-pressed to notice the difference! Many pools and beaches forbid glass containers, making these a good choice for enjoying wine/beer near the water (as I often do). I also like the fact that these glasses have a rounded rim that doesn't cut your lip, unlike some cheaper varieties I've tried that have a sharp mold seam around the rim. They certainly have a premium feel about them. BPA free is a big plus as well. I only wish they could be stacked together, but I suppose the wine glass shape doesn't really lend itself to that. I'm sure I'll be making great use of these nevertheless!

Does as advertised...doesn't break, is clear, and holds liquids. But the material feels so cheap, it's like using the bottom of a plastic soda bottle. Acceptable for outdoor picnics and such, but if you offer these to guests in your home, it's about as classy as ordering a box of white zin at a white-glove restaurant.

Although these are unbreakable, they are thin, clear & look like glass. They are also more stable than wine glasses with long stems --- handy for guests sitting in the living room or in the hot tub.

I cannot say enough good things about Stem-free unbreakable wine glasses. As a long-time wine lover who also holds the record for breaking countless wine glasses, this product is a Godsend.
