Perfect to relieve the pain from my cervical stenosis & 2 herniated discs. Nights are tough. This really does help to lay down after dinner to stretch the neck. Also, use it to sleep on bad nights. Have bought a second one for travel.Highly recommend this neck roll.

I’ve had a number of neck rolls over the years but this is by far my favorite. Perfect diameter for a woman’s neck. It’s firm but not hard like so many are. Very comfortable! I wouldn’t make it through my workouts that require neck support without it.

The outside is very soft and comfy. The pillow was more firm than I expected but that’s not a bad thing, just took a couple nights to adjust. But there was a real missed opportunity for an invisible zipper.

This thing has fixed my back! I’ve had a stitch on one side of my back that has bothered me for years. I lie with it across the middle of my back and it has made a world of difference. Perfect size and shape. Love it!!!

I bought two of these pillows in grey. One was soft and comfortable; the other one, however, is hard as a rock. I guess it's a roll of the dice on which one you get..

Great support for head and neck

Good quality, firm but not too firm. I bought two, one for me and my husband. I keep mine on the couch for my neck, arm rest or wherever I need it.

I have suffered horrible headaches because of neck issues for 20 years, this pillow works wonders for me, no more headaches because I "slept wrong" the night before.
