High Quality Chair
Chair showed up, no instructions on how to assemble, which is, not optimal, but great value TBH. This is an incredible chair at this price. Would buy again.

Perfect office chair
This office chair turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Has multiple adjustments so height, arm rests, seat can all be adjusted to fit any person's size.

Did not have forward tilt
Ad said it had forward tilt. It did not. I returned it. Waiting for a refund now.

Great chair but does NOT come with 4d adjustable arms.
I bought this chair after sitting in one a friend had and loved it. I have a smaller frame than average and found that most chairs armrests were too far apart which caused my elbows to splay out in order to reach the armrests. I spend 8-10 hours a day on my computer and this led to shoulder problems, so I purchased this Zody chair from Office Logix Shop after reading reviews mentioning these did have the 4d adjustable arms. They actually DO NOT, these chairs include the fixed armrests, which are only adjustable height-wise. I had to order the adjustable arms from ebay for an additional $150.

Big investment but worth it
This was a huge investment since it is so expensive. However, I needed a quality desk chair since I sit in it for 6-10 hours a day. After some research I went with this brand and the pricing was best on Amazon. The chair was delivered quickly and with minimal assembly. I've had it quite awhile and still really like it. I had issues with my neck/wrist and this seemed to help me be able to keep my arm at a stable position to make that issue lessen. Very comfortable and rolls nicely. Fabric does attract a bit of animal hair - but that's the only negative.

Fantastic chair!
I've been using this chair for only about three months but I already absolutely love it. I have moderate (non-"medical") back issues - stiffness, occasional pain - from having worked in front of computers 50+ hours/week for 15 years. About 5 years ago I had a terrible office chair from my employer that made things worse, so I bought a Steelcase Leap. The Leap was a great chair and when I recently moved to a different country, I tried to find them but they're outrageously expensive here so I went on a search for more reasonably priced locally available chairs. I checked out about 6 locally available models and narrowed it down to the Herman Miller Mirra and the Zody, and opted for the Zody basically on aesthetic grounds (I work in a conservative office; the Zody doesn't look as "space age"). I was skeptical at first, since I hadn't previously heard of Haworth and have done a lot of research in the past, but after doing a lot of online research I decided they were not a risky option. After three months, I can safely say that this chair is fantastic. My back is in the best shape it's been in for many years. Even with the Leap I still got back massages every 2-3 weeks to make me feel "normal"; I just had my first massage in 8 weeks and it was actually disappointing because my back didn't really need it. Obviously as with all ergonomic chairs it's a very personal thing and you MUST sit in a chair for a while before deciding to buy it. Height and weight play a big factor. For me (I'm 6', 190lbs), the best aspects of the Zody are the lumbar support (it looks like a cheap piece of plastic but it is surprisingly effective) and the upper back support on the outside of the shoulders which I think is the biggest difference compared to past chairs I've owned. The top corners of the chair extend exactly up to the outer tips of my shoulders so it is truly full-back support. I also like the fact that the arm rests don't swivel - I've had this in previous chairs and find it distracting. I think I'll be in this chair for a very long time!

Very good adjustable desk chair
I was fortunate to having used this chair and the Herman Miller Aeron chair in jobs I've held. I broke down any spent the money for a good chair since I work from home quite a bit. The major factor in chosing the Zody was the adjust ability of the thigh length. With Aeron, you have to chose Small, Medium or Large which impact the dimensions of the chair of which I only care about the support arm seperation and the seat length. With Zody, the arms adjust in 4 directions, height, width, forward-back and arm angle. the seat bottom can be adjusted for shorter legs and longer legs. The other concern I had was the curvature of the seat bottom, since I have "grown" from the time previously used the chair and worry about comments others made about upward pressure on the outer hips.

Bottom line though was it was not comfortable for him
This was a gift for my husband. The box did not contain instructions, and the chair appeared to have been put together before. Bottom line though was it was not comfortable for him, and he did not feel it was worth the money. Not as well made as we would have hoped. It is going back.
