Check the batterys as soon as you get it
So an excellent metal detector , a big jump from my old garret ace 250 and some learning to do on the new machine however when it arrived it wouldn't turn on , after checking the batteries and battery compartment i noticed 1 of the 4 batteries had corroded, luckily the terminals were not corroded so i could load a new set of batteries and off i went .For an 800 pound machine i would expect a bit more quality control, i have contacted the seller but i am still waiting to hear backPretty much a really good metal detector but just make sur no batteries are corroded away(Update , still no reply from seller 3 months later 🤷♂️)
