Q: Is this a single shirt or a pckeage of 3?

Single shirt, when I bought it. $ thirteen for the shirt. If you see a multi-pack, which i did not, then the price is likely $30+ for three shirts. Note: you can get cheaper Amazon tank tops made with different materials.

Q: My chest is 38, my height is 5'7" and my weight is 145lbs. What is my size?

I’m 5 foot 8 inches 195lbs and I wear a large if that helps. I bought two larges and they were different sizes. But that won’t stop me from buying more.

Q: Is the material somewhat elastic or is it more like cloth?

Somewhat like silk. Very lightweight and breathable. Also stretches out when/where needed. Very impressed for the price.
