I have used one for years to id prints. Wish I had this lighted unit back then!

I purchased this for inspecting print quality and alignment on laser printers. With the white lights on, it works well for that purpose. But as for the advertised "3 UV lights for money detector," I don't know what country's currency they're trying to verify, but these UV elements will NOT show the UV-reactive strips on US currency, nor will they light up the UV features on a North Carolina driver's license. Luckily, I already have something specifically designed for that. (Google "Fraud Fighter.") Three stars because it does what I need, but only that, and because when I took it out of the box, the bottom plate was loose - the two screws that hold that on were less than finger tight. Snugging them up with a screwdriver fixed that, but that's something that should have been caught before leaving the factory.

This little tool has made my laser engraving photos so much better.

I purchased this for counting yarns in fabric for my class. It works great, but the window that you use to count the yarns in a square inch is smaller than an inch, so this isn't going to work for that use. I measured this area and it's only 3/4 of an inch wide in both directions.
