I ended up paying less than £10 for this epilator,I figured if it was rubbish I wouldn't feel as bad as paying a lot more. Anyone who's been using epilators for years knows they can be hit and miss. I bought it to use on my chin and neck,oh the joys of aging! I have an Emjoi,which works fine but I wanted something smaller,for nooks and crannies. The Queenmew epilator works just fine,you still have to tweeze the odd rogue hair but I've found that with all epilators. Over all,great value for ££ and does a decent job.

For anybody who has spent lock down waiting to have your top lip waxed this is the product for you! My top lip is as smooth as a babies bottom, super fine, short and stronger hairs have gone. I am aware that some times there are issues with ingrown hairs so I plan to exfoliate but this is the best thing I’ve bought. If you have experienced waxing or threading this is no worse pain wise in my opinion. The noise is scary at first as it sounds like it has the capacity to tear your arm off so I suggest testing it on your skin (perhaps your leg) just so you can show yourself how it works and that it isn’t scary at all, it’s just noise. I didn’t have to do any crazy face contortion, well no more than I would for waxing and threading. The tiniest of hairs were picked up!! It’s so easy to use.

I did not expect much from this low -cost epilator but I am really happy with my purchase. It is the first epilator that I’ve ever used so I can’t compare to more expensive products. I have a serious Female facial hair problem due to long term treatment with prednisone so I have both dark, longer beard and mustache hairs as well as a thick layer of fine, short light down hairs all over the face. I usually get waxed in the salon but cannot due to the virus situation. I decided to search for an epilator but did not want to spend a lot in case this method didn’t suit me. My skin is sensitive now due to the medications. The device is a little loud but not so much that it is problematic. I have used the device three times over the last months to remove all my facial hair. The hairs were very well removed and took weeks to grow back again. I did get some red bumps the first time I tried, but not the last times as I have improved my technique and cleanse before and after use. It is a little painful but not too bad. I recommend this product and would buy again myself.

It's all right, looks lovely, it's comfortable to hold, the light is very useful, but: it's not very powerful, the moment you touch the skin it slows down, and it's not very precise. I have to go over each area a dozen times to clear it. And a lot of very fine hairs still remain. I'll use it since I already have it, but next time I'm buying something else.

I never write reviews but i love this product. After years of disappointment with hair removal for my chin this has brought back so much confidence. I couldn't leave the house without checking my chin before and now I can. YES the first time round was painful but there was a lot of hair, now it's just maintenance. No pain no gain as they say! (I mean you're using a machine to rip hair out by the root so if you think it'll be painless your dreaming!) No huge redness after etc highly highly recommend.

This is first class at its intended purpose. However, the blinding led ,for me , is neither use nor ornament. The light cannot be switched off. It is under the ‘business’ part of the epilator and reflects in the mirror so brightly that it is dazzling so that all you can see is the blue flash effect. This may just be me as I wear glasses but I really would not purchase this again which is a pity because it is efficient and good value. I have used tape to cover the led.

Very impressed with this little gadget! It has numerous heads which is good as my old one only had one. First use..very pleased...took all the hairs off my arms no problem. Easy to use, struggled to get the casing back on after inserting the batteries but I should imagine that was due to newness. All in all a good buy and not expensive. Comes with brush for cleaning and pouch for storage. Thumbs up all round 👍

Really good !I got it today and tried it on my upper lip area. I was afraid it will hurt, but it didnt ! It hurts much more when I use twizzers . The skin now feels clean and smooth.It uses 2 AAA batteries. It came with a little transparent pink bag.I really love it !
