I’m 6’0 205 and the L-XL fit perfect it’s as snug as it should be , and it does some shaping . Def a little hard to get off but they are all like that . I wear it to the gym and sweat my butt off.

I bought this top and a 4X/5X and it was super tight not loose at all. I kept it though because it helps me sweat.

Great. Has held up to numerous washes. Definitely getting a good sweat.

The fit was all off, the person it was purchased for said it was not going to be wearable to workout in. Was very constricted in it.

The overall item is a 5 star, but my gripe with this is that I’ve ordered this twice and the build construction doesn’t hold up great, the stitching comes apart around the bottom and then starts to unravel and fray at the bottom. To be fair: It does claim to not cycle wash and I do but I also can’t tell if it’s when you take it off, I might be over stretching it as I lift from the bottom over my head.
