This seems to be a great product so far. The sound quality on the mic is good and it was easy to set up the equipment and install the program. There is a lot to learn but there are lots of tutorials and I was able to start recording in the 1st hour I got it out of the box.

While the headphones and microphone are useable and of reasonable quality the sole purpose of purchasing this combo was the PreSonus computer interface. Read the negative reviews and you will see a common thread. The second channel is basically unusable as the input volume turned all the way up is not loud enough to register on the led input indicators or be heard over the First channel. Tech support from this company is nonexistent. I should have read the reviews prior to purchase.

They don’t have any customer support. The product doesn’t have instructions. We purchased an additional software ($100), that was not needed following the instructions on the box, purchased directo from their website, and had to do a credit card dispute for that too. It’s a mess. Sadly, it was my daughters Christmas gift, and I had to return to Amazon. Thankfully Amazon has amazing customer service.

I have never seen anything like this in my 20+ years as an Amazon shopper. This set was supposed to include 9 items, 4 of which I received. No retail packaging and those 4 items are damaged (big surprise given how it was packaged). The Mixer/Amp has a piece rattling around on the inside, the mic filter has a hole in it. I just don't know what else to say, the picture pretty much tells the rest of the story.

I like it so much! Very good sound quality, very easy for beginners!
