They are comfortable, they stay in your ears, and they are effective.
I use them for music, when it just gets too loud. They do a good job of cutting down screaming guitars and vocals, and especially cymbals and make the whole experience more pleasant - and a lot safer for my ears.

Dulls down the sharp pain in ear,you can still hear,but as expected,put your fingers in your ears is similar effect.But can't keep your fingers in your ear all day or night

Work well and. Very comfortable
Got these to help with work due to loud noises, helps reduce them but still able to hear which is what I was after. Very comfortable.

Good Sound Quality
Tried these out by playing loud music on my speakers, they work very well, reducing the volume but retaining the sound quality.
